This year we had burgers on Christmaa Eve, and today we had prime rib and mashed potatoes and salad. Last year I think we had a classic dinner on Christmas day, but tacos on Christmas Eve.

Last night we did a beef pot roast, and Darling Husband was smoking a rack of ribs all day for tonight’s dinner. Both are things that we just love to eat. We tend to mix it up every year.  🙂

My husband makes homemade chicken noodle soup. It’s so thick, it’s almost a stew. We eat it with homebread rolls and lots of appetizers!

He makes a lot as everyone wants leftovers to take home!

SO yummy!

Went to a great Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. I had the filet, he had the red snapper. Delish!

This year we are doing ham again.

For many years we just did Chinese take out!

In my childhood we did a lot of roast beef.
