93 pp not including cocktail hr/apps 4 course plated meal: salad, plated app, surf n turf, fun desserts.

I’m looking at around $25-$30 per person.  I’m probably going to do buffet style.  This is food only as my venue allows outside caterers and I’m paying a separate per person amount for a 6 hour open bar and all linens, setup, cleanup, chairs, tables through my venue. That is $39 per person.  80 people I’m estimating.

My venue is 90 dollars a person – Open Bar thats including tax and tip

It includes:

Deluxe Antipasto Table which includes olive medley, various pasta salads, bread, italian meats, assorted cheese displays, grilled vegetables, etc. 

4 Hot Chafing Dishes which will probably be: calamari, baked clams oreganata, sesame chicken & brocolli, and eggplant rollatini

8 Hand passed hors d’overous which will probably bee mini grueyere grilled cheese, mini quiche, mini crab cakes, etc there are more options. 

The Dinner is a 3 course meal.

First course is an appetizer (prob gonna choose penne vodka)

Second course is a salad

Thrid course is the main entree. Guest have choice between beef fish or chicken.

Dessert:

Wedding cake, coffee, tea. 

The venue also includes linens/tables/menu cards/seating cards and the cake is inlcuded for free in the price. 

I think we got a pretty good price for being in NJ.

$20 pp if we do buffet, I think $30 if we do plated dinners.

About $160 per person all inclusive of alcohol, food, Viennese hour… Ugh, NJ… I will avenge you!

We’re having a cocktail party for our reception, so appetizers only and alcohol = $45pp.  The majority of that cost is the appetizers since we’re bringing in our own alcohol for cheap.

If you add in the cake and cost of the venue space, then it goes up to $67pp.

I think it really depends on where and when. I am paying close to $200 per person. But i am in nyc on a saturday night in may

reception location, cocktail hour, dinner, 4 hr open bar and all service is 70 per person.   It’s a really beautiful venue and well worth it in my opinion.

$14/person for pasta buffet. Choice of 2 noodles, 2 sauces, 1 meat, and 3 veggies. Taxes and gratuity not included, but still we got really lucky with that rate. The price was the same for a plated 1-meat meal for everyone, but it pretty much doubled if we wanted to give guests options at all. Most people like pasta, and it was vegetarian friendly (and no religions present couldn’t have chicken), so I think we did alright. Not the classiest wedding food ever, but it was yummy. 🙂

Probably about $175 per person, plus $4500 to rent the venue. They have a per person minimum (80 for food) and minimum for open bar, then they add a 20% service charge and 6% sales tax, on top of the fee and service. Luckily there will only be 112 people there…
