Definitely ate too much tasty food and dessert! Time to get back on track. Plan to drink a ton of water tonight, and start tomorrow with a green smoothie and coffee to clean things out. Probably workout and drink more extra water tomorrow. What are your post-foodfest tricks?

I plan on spending about an hour just on the treadmill alone.

I’ll be taking a yoga class at this new studio I started attending.

Kombucha. I ran a five miler yesterday, but still felt like a pig! I had more simple carbs on Thanksgiving that I probably eat in a two week period. Pffft.

I’ll eat less for this next week than normal, and try to do a tad more execising.

Eat less, exercise more. That’s it. I longer feel guilty about a little indulging at the holidays. I try to eat lightly before and after and exercise a bit more before and after. But I WILL enjoy the special dishes the holidays bring – just in moderation!
