wolfeyes : We binge watch tv and pig out ALL THE TIME lol you would think hearing us talk that we are 500lbs each but we aren’t. We spend our kid free weekends in bed watching netflix, only getting up to get the food from the UberEats person lol. We once had instacart bring us $100 worth of just candy and ice cream lol When we have lazy weekends we go hard
Things I do when he isn’t around…….watch chick flicks and scary movies. He hates scary movies

socalgirl1689 : No, just biscuits in a pint of gravy.

My husband usually works pretty late (7pm-8:30pm is usual). So typically whatever time I get done with work (I work PT from home) I watch Real Housewives, My 600 Pound Life, Hoarders or Sabrina the Teenage Witch and eat either Cheez-Its snack mix or pretzels or something. We recently switched to Keto though to lose some weight so now it’s just slices or cheese or something….how lame!
My husband did take a short business trip/company retreat sort of thing a few months ago and he was gone for a 4 day weekend. I literally didn’t cook a single thing (I usually cook 6 nights a week and either cook lunch or make something fast for lunches and breakfast) so I was happy to get a break. I ate chips and candy for certain meals. Whoops! And I binged watching Jane Austen movies, Downton Abbey, British murder mysteries and Real Housewives. I love my husband and I missed him but, that was a pretty amazing weekend

The only thing Darling Husband doesn’t know is that I watch Jersey Shore…I’m very no sex/no nudity in shows and movies but I love this show! I don’t know what he would say if he ever found out lol!

I don’t have any secret single behaviors though when husband is not around I take advantage by watching dramas, suspense or even scary shows on Netflix since ALL he is willing to watch are comedies.
I might also take advantage of alone time to take a nap but again, not a secretive behavior.
The only way my diet changes when I am “single” is that I don’t feel the need to plan elaborate meals so if anything I’ll eat something simple like a bag of edamame for a meal.

We’re pretty open with each other. But, last year when he left for work I used to make an entire box of Zatarans Creamy Parmesan Rice and eat the entire thing. Buuuut I went paleo, so none of that anymore. Unfortunately

morethanyesterday : Avoid shaving indefinitely, spend hundreds of dollars at Target on impulse, and watch Chopped reruns on loop until I pass out from binge eating homemade sweets

socalgirl1689 : You know now that you mention it…it was!! I totally forgot about that. I think I can add posting about food cravings on internet forums as another SSB. My husband would tease me to no end if he knew I’d posted that on here… 😕
slomotion : OK…we finally got cool ranch doritos down under but we don’t have biscuits at KFC here. Enlighten me as to what biscuits are?? Anything dunked in gravy is a winner for me! KFC here sells burgers and chicken and the sides are bread rolls, mash and gravy, chips, coleslaw and corn cobs. That’s it and I’m feeling totally ripped off! KFC Australia lift your game!! 😠

cmsgirl : Biscuits are on the right. Maybe you call them something different there? I’m in the southern US so we call them biscuits.
