he leaves his socks everywhere. actually you can generally see his shoes then his socks just in the middle of the floor at any given time. he walks into the house and starts taking them off. drives me nuts cause i trip on them and then he gets mad when the dog takes the socks and “hides” them on his doggy bed. he wont grab them out of the hamper!

oh also quoting family guy all the time.

Wait… one?  JK

Umm I do the cabinet thing, but do my best to catch myself and close everything before I leave a room. I leave doors open, cabinets, everything!

Honestly, I think I have way more than he does because I cant really think of much.

He used to take a long time to answer a question (like 2 minutes). It was super annoying because I didnt know if he heard me. So I did it to him and he realized how rude and annoying it was. He only does it rarely now.

ooh I know… the fact that he seems to do everything right and with 100% completion and dedication. I mean NOTHING is done half-assed. If he is doing it, he is doing it right and to the extreme. Or he just doesnt do it. No moderation.

@lefeymw: Bahaha my hubby has the delayed reaction thing, too! He did it last night at dinner with some friends, and they thought he was upset or something. Embarrassing! LOL

he ALWAYS has to have someting in his hand, a paper, keys, phone, anything that is nearby and make noise with it, even in the car………….  that’s just one thing.

I know the thing that bothers me the MOST is how loud and often he farts and what a kick he gets out of it, he even calls his brothers and they exchange farts, He is 47-years-old!

@brideatbeach: Try doing it to him! They dont realize how weird it is, until you do it.

He’ll mindlessly turn the tv channel to something (boring)  he wants to watch, (as long as I’m not really watching anything), and about 15 minutes later, leave the room, and get involved doing something totally different, start playing WoW(AGAIN) or go outside and fiddle with his car.

Ugh, I just wanna say,”Stop.Doing.That.”

Ok…where do I begin….

Smoking…yuck!

Leaving a ‘bread crumb trail’ —-by this I mean that he doesn’t just take off his shoes and socks off and leave them in one spot…he spreads them all out along his path with his pants, shirt, underwear, undershirt….this has become a rare habit over the years, but still cute…

He ALWAYS leaves everything in his pockets on the floor next to the bed…his cigarettes, lighter, keys, phone, wallet, etc. its all stored everynight in the pockets of the pants he last wore…who does that? you come home, you put everything on your night-stand, and you relax…his stuff is on him at all times or if he’s in bed, its in the pockets on the floor next to him….its so weird…maybe i should “accidently” wash those shorts…hahaha

My Fiance is ALWAYS late. To everything, all the time, no exception. It drives me nuts because I am always right on time if not 5-10 minutes early for work, weddings, class, parties movies, anything. And we always miss the first 5 minutes of a movie and it makes me want to strangle him.

And he also leaves his socks ALL OVER THE PLACE all well as every other artcle of clothing. It’s like he doesnt know what a dirty clothes hamper is. I even bought him one and it sits empty in the middle of his room.

he leaves cupboard doors open, he doesnt put his chair back under the table when he finishes dinner and he falls asleep within 20mins of sitting on the couch watching tv

oh and he can go to bed and fall asleep within 3mins – very annoying!

Is it weird that I love his “sock” thing?  I think it’s cute that he even has a sock routine… he sits on the couch after work, takes off his socks and throws them like a baseball in the general direction of the laundry room, sits back and stretches out his legs… the first time I saw him do it, I was like, wtf?!  Do you expect me to pick those up?  But now he just looks so darn happy afterward… I’d be sad if he didn’t do it anymore.

Anyway, back from la-la land… he has this awful habit of clearing his throat when he’s about to speak on something important or serious.  Drive me nuts.  All I hear is this hack… I’m sure it’s not even that loud, but I’ve heard it so much, the volume in my head is deafening.  And yes, he cleared his throat before his “proposal”.  The quotes are there for a whole different story… if anyone wants to start a “Was that actually your proposal, b/c I blinked and I might have missed it” thread.

In the car, he changes the radio station 34832958498594 times per minute. I feel like I never hear a full song if he’s driving.

He gets overly excited about things and then gets bored halfway through.

He also has the delayed reaction thing. It leaves me sitting there staring at him like “Out with it already!”

He never knows where a single things he owns is and if he can’t find it immediately he complains that its missing because I moved it.

Socks and empty glasses everywhere. Boxers constantly on the bathroom floor.

@eloping: haha I pass out in approx 2 minutes and it annoys DH so much
