This is SO funny.. I was totally in need of this thread today, but why has it died? Let’s bring it back alive!!! It’s SERIOUSLY so funny.. I almost peed my pants reading what  @sugarpeach:  wrote about the hand towels.

Anyway, my fiancé leaves every single light on that he can find in our whole place and I HATE IT. We’re watching TV and ge goes to the kitchen to grab something and then the bathroom and then he comes back and I look and ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE ON. It’s SO bizarre.

Also, no matter what I do/cook/make he always HAS to add something. If I make a milkshake, he adds more ice cream. If I make dinner, he adds more salt. If I make a slushie, he adds more sugar.. I get it, we have different tastes but seriously it just drives me nuts.. If you know that you’re going to correct everything I make, maybe YOU should make the milk shakes for US!

Haha, wow some ranting haha 🙂 I wonder what our SOs would think fi they saw this?? Mine has the most annoying habit of humming. Like, seriously. Sometimes, you will just be talking to him and he is humming some tune whilst you are talking. He still listens though and he only hums really quietly but i can still hear it! Ugh! Love him all the same 🙂

He never stays still. When he is standing he is always swaying and moving around, when he is sat down he shakes his legs. Sometimes just have to hold him still.

I know this thread is old, but mine loves to eat/drink the last of what is in the box and not throw the box away. I’ll never know what we need at the store bc the pantry looks full :-/ Just the other day he left an empty redbull box in the fridge and then told me he needed to get more..but how would I know?!

He also leaves his dirty clothes all over the floor. From what I’ve heard, it’s a guy thing.

I started reading thru this thread for a laugh but it just made me sad…Some of these past bees sound like saints!

I’ll add tho. These are the things that drive me bonkers

Flies! Like sitting outdoors at a restaurant, or at an ice cream farm stand, and there’s a fly buzzing around, he can’t just keep brushing it away. Nope! It becomes this five minute man vs fly banging drum solo. Let it go man! You’re not gping to kill it!

Moving the shower head. We have a dumb apartment shower. If you point it too far “up” the  shower spray hitting the back wall/corner will puddle on the tub ledge and onto the floor. 7/10 he makes a puddle and then wonders why the floor is wet ugghh, he’s gotten better about that tho

sweating at night. WHY are guys SO SWEATY? Are you running a marathon in your sleep??

Clutter.  Every surface in the house must be covered.  And it breeds.

I. Can’t. Stand. It.

Why do they do this ? I  swear if I was gone three months every surface would be covered and  every cupboard empty . Wait ,   no  it wouldn’t  because he would  just reuse everthing over and over and put  whatever it  was  next to wherever it actually  goes.

And  every chair would have a jacket on it and a pair of shoes and socks  under it . . and the dining table would have meticulously  placed  bike magazines , keys, advertising material that had caught his eye, random small things he is always finding, possibly extra shoes and probably  a pot of Cocoa Butter thar he insists  on using as after shave.

And the  TV/radio/CD player would all be on  REALLY loud.

This is a love/hate thing for me, but he goes into full on soliloquies about whatever’s on his mind. The man could talk for hours uninterrupted if I let him.

In my dh’s case, he just leave stuff wherever it lands, paper included.  Then, of course he can never find anything.  That’s what files are for, for eff’s sake.

The oddest is leaving his giant clown shoes in hazardous places, ‘only for a minute’.  Like hallways.  I don’t get it, but I’ve tripped over them more than once.

My so leaves his pop cans lying around, which is weird he puts his clothes in the hamper, why not throw out the cans….

He takes up my side of the bed by drapping himself on me.

He is a procrastinator as am I so we don’t balance each other in this regard.

He has a dog that he brought into the relationship and he works out of town all week so I take care of it, when he comes home it is still my responsibility to let him out just cause I’m in the kitchen more 😱.

These sound like rants but I really do love my so and would not do these things for him if I didn’t, also there is so much good to him that this little list means nothing as they are things I can live with lol.

he takes forever to leave the house! I am ready to walk about the door and he still have 10 things to do before we can leave. It’s irritating, but at least he never forgets anything .
