Mine is shrimp and spagetthi…whenever I make it my nieces, sister, and friends come over and we all end up eating and laughing over glasses of wine.

@KevinsWife:  that sounds delicious. I’ll have to try it.

As for the salmon, it’s super easy.  I use salmon filtets not steaks.  clean but keep the skin on.  rub with salt and peper.  cover the top of each piece with mayo but not too much.  just enough that every portion is moistened with it.  squeez a little lemon juice.  wrap each fillet in a foil pouch.  bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. it comes out super moist.  just be careful opening up those foil pouches.

@KevinsWife: OMG your seafood salad sounds sooo good.

Yes, you can never go wrong with chili. My Darling Husband loves it super spicy too.

I don’t really have a special dish! I make something different almost every time we go somewhere and it’s usually a success, but I get bored making the same things. Maybe I should work on getting a signature.

I mostly just cook for myself and my husband and he has a couple favorites he raves about – I got him to start eating salmon and he says he will only eat it the way I cook it, so that’s a success 🙂 Also chicken divan, it’s just homey deliciousness.

@Mrs.Jansen:  I’m interested [in her reply] too – I had it in Europe and fell in love, but haven’t found a great recipe for it to make myself.
