Ours isn’t the most unique, but we’re using cherry blossoms as our design focus (May wedding) and pink, brown, cream, and ivory as guiding the colors. I’ve always loved cherry blossoms ever since I saw the blooms in Washington D.C. on a class trip, and they just feel so light and airy and springy π

Cherry blossoms! My fiance proposed under a cherry blossom tree in DC during the festival. π My theme sort of just fell into my lap!

Our "theme" is pretty much just celebrating nature and the outdoors. Our venue is kind of our theme too (http://www.thorpewood.org for anyone who is interested). Our wedding is very "us" and fun. So I guess we don’t really have a theme just a "Feel". π

Our theme is kinda just an idea or adaptation… we’re using Cinderella, Enchanted, Disney inspirations and making it our own… My Fiance and I are HUGE Disney fans and he always calls me his princess so it’s just PERFECT!! π

hmm.. yeah i guess i don’t really have a theme… i guess the "feel" i want is modern elegance. My Fiance and i have been together for a long time so i want to incorporate alot of pictures of us through the years…haha..is that a theme?
you all have such awesome ideas/themes btw!! i can’t wait to see pictures on how your themes develop within the details!

Our theme is photos. Photos of us, photos of family. We’re using photos wherever I can sneak them in (STD’s, escort cards, table numbers… hoping to have some sort of photo booth too!)

I chose the third option because we don’t really have a theme, but our colors are red and white with silver accents and we are using calla lilies as our main flower with other red flowers (not sure what yet) as accents. Other than that, nothing really goes together, just lots of red and white.

Ours is "How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You", although it will be used very mildly. π

I like to call my wedding vintage flavored. I am doing a timeless (i hope) dress with a birdcage veil at an observatory built in the 1920’s. We are having the ceremony in a funky (not vintage ) movie theatre but I am sort of doing a lace/pearls/yellow/ vintage theme i guess you could say for the reception. our invitations will be kind of crazy i’ll post a pic here of my trial run which i wrote on with sharpie and not in any way printed or finished. Also the table setting is on my table and for one person lol.

Romantic, elegant, and timeless! We went with a garden and plantation house venue, with an old barn style reception hall, champagne pink and champagne dresses, and shades of creams, soft tea roses, and nude colored flowers. Very soft and feminine. The hairstyles are chignons and french twists, simple updos and downdos, but nothing too curly. Effortless beauty for my maids!
