I follow a home workout program that is 30 minute workouts 7 days a week! Each day we have something different we work – upper body, lower body, pilates, cardio, etc.  It has really helped me get in shape and fit it into my crazy busy schedule 🙂

I hit the gym at least 5 times a week. At least 3 days of lifting and two HIIT cardio workouts.  On the weekends I try to get outside and do something fun and active like hiking, rollerblading, skiing…

Half an hour of moderate running three times a week. A bit of stretching and free weights on my off days. My routine will be completely ruined once winter comes haha can’t wait to binge on all the chocolate and lattes!

I’m a dance cardio junkie so I’m super into Shaun T’s new series called “CIZE”. I hate those Beachbody groups that you have to pay to join when you’re doing the videos at home by yourself anyway lol – so I just make sure to schedule my 30-40min workout in 6 times a week!  I love to dance it out so I find this is much easier to stick to than tradition cardio classes for me

I do kettlebell workouts at home 5x/week (they take about 30-45 minutes) and do yoga from youtube videos twice per week.

I workout most days of the week. Often 7 days, but sometimes 6.

I alternate between 45 minute bike or elliptical sessions with weight training, Bikram yoga classes, and HIIT workouts.

I LOVE YouTube videos! Tone It Up, Fitnessblender, XHIT, RLHealthy, PopSugar Fitness, etc. They make it so so so easy to get a workout done.

Try MFit for a quick, intese workout 🙂  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwxdGG8wgcBW3KU4HeB0avA

I hit the gym with a girlfriend 3 times a week. We usually spend about an hour there each visit, sometimes a little more. 2 of those visits are purely cardio (exercise bike, elliptical, stepper, etc) an the 3rd is usually weights (sometimes we do extra cardio, too). I also have a set of weights at home, so will usually do one or two extra workouts during the week. These are usually about half an hour to 45 minutes.

I’m all about yoga! I work out 5 or 6 days a week and add weights and cardio to my yoga routine. I’m older and work out for the health benefit. I didn’t work out much when I was younger because I’ve always been thin (and maybe lazy.)  I feel and look better than I did 15 years ago, and I have no health issues now – take zero meds. Should have gotten off my butt years ago.

I do at least 3 hour long classes at the gym each week – yoga, Pound, and Zumba, and I sometimes add a second yoga class. My husband walks the dog 3x/day, so I also try to join him for one of the walks most days. I also try to get in as much other walking as I can during the week, although I don’t really count that as exercise – to and from the bus stop, or to local bars/restaurants. I feel much better about eating an unhealthy restaurant meal if I walked 15 minutes to the restaurant! I used to walk to the grocery store, but with 2 of us now I have trouble carrying all of the groceries, so I just park far away to get a few extra steps in.

daisybabybee:  I swim laps 3x a week. I love it!

I’ve recently started incorporating pilates and yoga once a week for toning and flexibility.

I’m thinking of taking a social dance class with my SO for fun. 🙂

daisybabybee:  I have Class Pass so I can try a bunch of different studios around me.

I try to go to Zumba twice a week, I always go to a pilates class (because I love it), and I’m trying to go to this circuit training class at least once a week but it is insane and KILLS my muscles for at least a few days afterwards.

SPIN  on mon 6 AM, thurs 6 AM and sat 8 Am

Pilates equiptment class or Pilates fusion class – wed 6 PM or 7 PM

yoga tuesday 6 AM

however I travel for work so its rare that I actually make all of those in one week – like for instance this week I was gone Tues and Wed so I missed my yoga and pilates (but might try and run in tomorrow for a 10 am pilates class if work isn’t melting down on me)
