I’ve been doing research on veils recently, from what I’ve seen that is a drop veil.

@agillaspia:  most have blushers but they don’t have to. From what I’ve read it’s any veil that’s not gathered at the top and attached to a comb.

I think a mantilla is a type of drop veil.

ETA I don’t really know what I’m talking about, so I probably shouldn’t advise 🙂

It’s mantilla style and cut, it has a rolled edge instead of the lace edge a mantilla typically has. Or it may be a drop veil that is not being worn as a drop veil…but simply fastened at the top of her head instead of pulled down in front of the face.
