Maybe 3 musketeers or chocolate? It’s in a silver wrapping, but I bet you can get any candy with a custom wrapping.

I would do Rock Candy since your are doing crystals on your other tables I think it would look really cute!

What about lollipops? Or because your wedding is closer to Halloween I’d forgo the branches on the kids table and do small bowls of candy corn and other Halloween candies.

I like the rock candy idea! I would avoid chocolate because that could get really messy!

I agree with LittleMissMoo – the kids will be climbing on the table and pulling on the tree.

For candy, candy corn is soft enough for the little kids… but little little kids probably wont be at the “kids table” anyway. I’d suggest things like tootsie rolls, 3 musketeers, kit kats, and jelly beans.

@CaraMia10:Haha, no worries! At our wedding we had cranes strung up everywhere. I had hoped the parents would keep their kids from tearing them down – sadly not. But only a few strings were pulled down before it was stopped – still, very annoying.
Also, I’d double think the chocolate for the mess factor. The reason I suggested candy corn is because all kids love it and it won’t stain linens/dresses anything you would need to pay for because you’ve hired it. The worst case senario in me is thinking of a kid coming up to hug you with sticky chocolate all over their face and scrubbing it into your dress!

Ack!! Good point!

Smarties are wrapped shouldn’t stain either, and don’t seem messy. But I don’t know what kind a of candies kids should eat to minimize choking…

We did this for a client with little lollipops etc, and the bride had no one climbing all over here with sticky faces….

You could definitely hang little toys as well… also if you did something like this, you could keep the centerpieces the same and just leave entertainment like the pail or something else at each seat, the kids wouldn’t have a chance to look at the centerpiece…
