2009 Toyota Yaris. I love him. His name is Linus 🙂

I bought it because while I was leaning toward the Prius, I couldn’t afford a brand new one and it was too risky to buy used. The Yaris has fantastic gas mileage (37-40mpg city), was in my price range, and was super cute. Plus, I got a ton of deals from Toyota when I bought it because I was a recent grad, yada yada yada.

    2010 Subararu Forrester

    1) Its one of the few cars Darling Husband fits in (really, really tall) that wasnt a gas guzzler or too much money. Seriously, we had almost no choices unless we went with something that wasnt gas efficient and even with those they werent especially fitting. This is the only car we have been in other than something like an Expedition where a person can sit behind the drivers seat and not lose their legs while Darling Husband is driving. And he actually has more than 1 inch above his head!!!!

    2) It is really reliable and has great ratings on everything.

    3) All wheel drive which we need.

EDIT: We also drive a Mazda 3, which also gets good ratings, but I like the way the Subarau drives better. Darling Husband barely fits in that one.

Nausikaa is a 2010 Honda Insight (compact hybrid). I love her. She is my third Honda. I get between 40 and 65 MPG.

Well my 1999 Subaru was totalled last March and I am darn lucky to still be alive. But I really miss my car! I am currently driving my 1991 Subaru which was my “back-up” car. My last 6, yes 6 cars have been Subarus Legacy wagons and I love them! So naturally, I am looking for another Subaru Legacy wagon now! I love the size of the car, the all wheel drive and how the motor kicks butt!

I have a Chevy Cobalt that I got a year ago while I was a Junior in college because I needed something that was good on gas for my hour commute but was also a low monthly payment. Fiance has a Subaru Impreza because he downsized from a truck but also wanted something that was as good on the road (AWD) but was also a little sporty. The Legacy was a little too grown up for him 🙂

We love both our cars now. Mine is Morgan and his we call Subie haha

I have a 2005 dodge neon. It is not the car I wanted but it was my only choice at the time. I now want a Mazda or Toyota.

2009 Dodge Ram Truck.  My mother hates that her daughter drives a truck but I LOVE it.  I love the look and feel and how it drives.  And, I wanted a 4WD truck if it snows.  Darling Husband has a Ford F150 (my dream car but couldn’t afford it just yet, although I do love how my Dodge looks).  All of my girlfriends are surprised I drive one too.  They all drive Honda CRV’s (funny that most of them do) or mini vans.

2004 Hyundia Sonata. I love my car. It has a ton of dents from parking in a busy and packed parking lot but it has helped up remarkably despite my nonexistant knowledge of car maitenance.

I have a Toyota RAV 4. I got it because toyota and honda are known for being good priced and last forever, and I found a better deal on a RAV 4 than I did on a CRV.

My fiance just got an engineering position with Honda, so he just got an Acura…

I have a Nissan and I love it, but my cars from here on out will be Honda/Acura!
