The AAA Visa card is great! I booked all my honeymoon travel on it because you get triple points on all travel related purchases (even if you don’t book it through AAA), double points on gas and groceries, and then regular points for all other purchases. I initially wanted an airline credit card so I could book flights on it but I book flights depending on the price of the tickets so the airline I use varies. At least with the AAA card I get triple points on any kind of travel and it doesn’t have to be a specific airline or anything.

I love my delta Amex… We just got 2 tickets to Paris for $180! Yay honeymoon! To be honest Amex is AWESOME! Even if you don’t get the delta version, Amex is so cool – they extend warrantys and when my iPhone broke after 14months (2past the apple warranty) I got a full – no questions asked – refund for it… Plus I’ve had some fraud problems and they’ve always disappeared with just 1 phone call… My Amex is a life saver!!

Good luck with whatever you choose!

I hae AMEX Blue Cash Back.  5% back on groceries, warehouse, drugstore, (forgetting something) and 1.5% back on everything else.  You do have to spend at least $6500 a year to get into that range, but I easiliy did it as a super thrifty poor student.  It’s not hard to do.

Fiance had Chase VISA and he has rotating categories that earn 5% (like airlines, hotels for July-Sept) and then 1% back on everything else.

No fees for either.
