Umm I don’t think it would no, as the dress is not meant to be big. Sorry I can’t remember but have you tried the dress on?

If you want it to look as it does on the model don’t have a hooped crinoline as I didn’t realise until you posted the pic it’s a slim a-line, if I’ve got the right terminology. You can see on the model the dress isn’t structured at the bottom, which is what makes it.

Yes I meant to say tulle maybe sufficient. I’d ask the seamstress as you say.
