I would go back to the store and try different ones on until you get the look that you want.

I bought this dress in January and i got lucky. I went in to try on dresses but they didn’t have miri in yet to try on and said they ordered one but wouldn’t be here till end of March. They looked it up in the system and there was a dress in my size already made so i ordered it without even trying it on. It came in 1 week later. I was stoked cause my wedding date that we decided on happened to be pretty soon. My wedding date is the 16th of May. I get to try it on tomorrow the 23rd of March now that the bustle is done and the padding in the boobs are in lol. I’m mainly excited about it being steammed cause when i tried it on right after it came in the dress was squished and had creases everywhere and it was hard to picture without it so I hope it will look much better. It definately doesn’t need anything more underneath to make it poof out. I’ll post some pics after tomorrow so you can see. I love the dress but the only thing i don’t like is the side that slants down it goes down alot farther than it looks in the picture, it goes down all the way to my fingertips when I have my arm and hand straight down my side which make it hard to walk or sit down in the dress haha. So when you walk it kinda wrinkles up on that side no matter what you do. If you have a long torso it’s probably perfect. Post your pics once it comes in i’m curious to see how it looks on other people. And what jewlery are you thinking of wearing? I’m thinking no necklace and short dangley earings. I have a skinny face and my hair will be up so i think big earings would look weird on me.

@mrskisstobe: Well the only thing about the dress is that my hips need to be a tad wider, this is the smallest size a size 2  and i need it to fit tighter there so if i’m not careful with the way i stand it bunches up sometimes. But that’s just because i’m so skinny lol i’ve been trying to gain weight to get some curves haha. It’s out of my budget for them to take it in but it works. Here is a picture of the bustle i had them pin it to wear the train comes up instead of under. When she showed me the underneath way it didn’t look right it took away from the flowyness of the dress. And you can see in the picture of what i’m talking about how it bunches with a crease on the side of the corset part. I’m leaning on my left leg in that picture, and if i wasn’t it wouldn’t do that.

@mrskisstobe: It’s soft and flowy, the organza material is nice. The dress does feel a bit heavy. I never thought of a side bustle it might work if you get the dress just ask the seamstress when you have your alterations appointment. I definately wouldn’t do an underneath bustle it looked horrible. I bought a second dress to wear at the end of the night when we’re partying and dancing lol. I got it at dillards for 99 dollars and it’s nice cause I can have the beautiful wedding gown i want and also a second dress when i want to relax at the end of the night. We rented a beach house so we will be partying all night lol and i don’t know if i can wear my wedding dress for 6 hours. Here are some pics of my party dress, it’s still elagant looking and it’s super weightless and easy to move in. The material is so soft. There is a gold beaded strap that i’m getting removed, i like it better with just one shoulder.

@Heather Bower: Actually that gold strap is really pretty! Adds some sparkle lol, if you really are gonna take it off you should save it and add it to something else or try and sell it, people are going crazy for straps and belts to add to things to sparkle or spice them up…i know i was for wedding dresses!~
