You can use Vistaprint or Overnight Prints to print postcards for really cheap – like $20-30 for 100.

Also look into cards and pockets. Always stay away from OfficeMax and Staples type printers – because even though you can have your eyes directly on them for every step of the way – they can ask you questions, etc – they charge an astronomical price. XP

Look online, call a local college/university printer (to check if they print for the public) or even look at buying a printer. I recently got a large format printer for Christmas and it was less then $200 and its worth it to me to be able to see test prints as I go.

You can buy pre-cut post cards and print on your own (even photo paper ones), or you can buy cardstock – print four to a page and THEN go to officemax to have them cut. This is pretty cheap. If you do this let them know you have high quality requirements so the kid running the cutter (if he is not comfortable with it) should go get someone who is.
