What kind of sash will go with my VW dress?

Do you have a pic without a sash? I don’t think the sash adds anything.

I’ll be honest, I think the detail work on the bottom of the dress is stunning and having a sash pulls attention away from that.  The detail work is also so exquisite that I worry it could make a sash look a bit cheap unless you went with something that was a similar quality of materials.  (Hard to tell since those sashes aren’t on your actual dress.)

tiffanycc :  Your dress is FAB-U-LOUS but I’m not really a fan of any of the sashes. Can you show us a picture of your dress sans sash?

Another vote to see it sans sash! Beautiful gown.

Another vote for no  sash,  especially not those big dark sparkly chunky ones as in the  pics , which look quite unrelated to the dresses.

You  look slender and  quite petite and the dress has that  lovely delicate lace patterning and of course that dramatic bottom !

If  you must have a sash, go for  a very  narrow tulle or pearl one . But best of all, none, they rarely add anything but bulk.

No sash! And if you do, not any of the ones you posted! Something more delicate- ribbon or some pearl work. IF you wanna add bling, I’d add it through your jewelry instead of the dress. Wear blingy earrings and maybe a bracelet. I think that’ll look super elegant and your dress will stand out
