I buy organic protein shakes and bars.  Some of my favorite brands are Orgain and Green Superfood by Amazing Grass.

MrsCallalily:  I usually have some fruit in the morning and sometimes I bring a jar of overnight oats. YUM.

MrsCallalily:  pisatchios. love them!! leather fruit roll ups. different types of granola bars, yogurt, seaweed to munch on. saltine crackers and grahm crackers. fruit. oatmeal and milk. tea helps the cravings too

I always have a jar of peanut butter and oatmeal in my desk. Then I rotate between trail mix, ritz crackers, pretzels and whatever kind of dry cereal I have at home. I’m not ashamed to say that a few spoon fulls of PB are eaten pretty much every afternoon.

Fruit cups, Graonola/protein bars, nuts, peanute butter, crackers, rice cakes, fruits and veggies in the fridge.

There also may or may not be a stash of M&M’s and/or nibs in one of those drawers at any given time.

Fruit, Nuts, UTZ or Terra veggie chips, Stacy’s pita chips, Kellogg’s 100 cal pastry crisps, Fiber One 90 cal brownies or lemon bars, Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, Twistos Baked Snack Bites.

I bring veggies, rice cakes, or oatmeal. Yogurt and cheese wheels are good too!

Yogurt, fruit, nuts in snack packs, pita chips and hummus, fruit leather, Goldfish crackers, Triscuits, cheese.  I also subscribe to Graze and get a fun box of 4 healthy snacks every 2 weeks!

MrsCallalily:  I am on the same eating schedule as you. I prefer lots of small meals through out the day. I eat breakfast at home then for snack I usually eat a whole bell pepper then I have lunch and eat triscuits for my afternoon snack or snap peas. Sometimes I will bring just sandwhich meat and eat that for a snack as well.

Pistachios!  Pretzel crisps with hummus, applesauce, Belvita breakfast bars, veggies, protein balls(I can give you the recipe if you’d like)-they taste like cookie dough!!

Today I brought my nutrisystem lunch bar, a salad, a peach and an apple. Of course with 2 bottles of water.
