I picked other!  I have a station wagon and a convertible.  I love them both so much, it actually might be absurd 🙂

My main car is a 2007 Toyota Yaris. It’s a 4-door sedan. I love it so much! My other car is a 1992 Honda Accord, also a 4-door sedan.

    I drive a Dodge Durango.

I live in Colorado and am a wimp driver when there’s snow. I LOVE 4WD on demand.

    This is verrrryyyy regional…

when i lived in Canada my needs for a car were that it had cheap insurance, and i could drive it all year round (i.e. the clearance was high enough that it wouldnt get stuck in the snow…). I had an suv…

in ireland… My needs are different. I was looking for an automatic (rare) that was decent on gas, cheap on insurance and road tax. I have a little 2 door toyota yaris (vitz) here…

the suv wouldnt fair very long in Ireland with the gas prices and road taxes… and the yaris would get stuck on the first snowfall of the season back in Canada… They both suited me well, where i was and for what i needed at the time.

I chose other as I currently just use the subway, bus, and my feet!  My car lives at my parents’ house, and I only use it to make trips that would be ridiculous with public transportation.  He’s a Subaru Forrester, and I hope to drive him for at least 10 more years.  FI and I dream of getting a Tesla when both our cars break down, so hopefully they’ll be cheaper in a decade!

I have a 2002 Ford Taurus sedan in a lovely shade of 1970’s refridgerator green/grey. He’s a beast, and I’m pretty sure he’s longer than my mom’s Grand Caravan. Thankfully parking in my city isn’t too much of a hassle. I can’t complain about him too much, since he was a gift from my aunt.

@Britt214:  yeah– I know what you mean!

“We” (DH) decided that we needed more of a crossover since I have a 60+ mile commute a day. At the time I had a badass Tahoe, and I was really reluctant, but eventually sold it. I TRY to like my Rogue– it is really nice and fully loaded and easy on the wallet and…. so boring. I feel like a total sellout and like I am driving a suped up gold cart lol. I mean, I work in a cube farm straight out of Office Space, the least I can do is have some fun getting to and from my office!  This will be my last attempt to “go green” when it comes to vehicles. Sorry, environmentalist…. I tried.

@FutureDrAtkins:  My husband has a Veloster. Great car. Lots of room, zippy, and unique. We have zero complaints about it.

I drive a 2013 Mustang (It screams DOUCHEBAG! Something about the giant stripes that run down the side of it and up on to the hood and the Recaro racing seats.  I freaking lobe it. I am also the nicest Mustang driver ever. I love that people get aggressive as soon as they see it and then I’m not the biggest jerk on the road.) So impractical as the mother of a two year old, but I love it. Had a 2010 before this and will probably have another after.
