I think option #5 would look stunning with your ring!  And it’s really common to have a plain engagement band with an eternity, channel set, etc wedding band so I wouldn’t worry about that looking off at all!

My suggestion is to just go try some on with your ring. It’s really the only way to know for certain how it will look.

I have a very similar ring (it looks the same as my avatar), and I finally decided to switch my e-ring to my right hand and have my band on the left… with the point of the heart, it was tough to find anything that would sit close to it.  (the ‘basket’ holding the sapphire is set very low against my finger, so can’t squeeze a band underneath)

But I like my solution – gives me bling on both hands.

Beautiful ring! I think that you should do the wrap! And I don’t think it will effect the heart in a bad way at all. You just have to pick the right proportions. I think a carat size between 0.2-0.5 carats on each side would look amazing!

Or, if you don’t want to do a wrap you could always have the ring reset into a band with diamonds, so its all-in-one. Good luck and keep us updated!

I love the simple band pictured on this post, it is really beautiful and it compliments, rather than takes away from the heart shaped center stone. 🙂

    Gorgeous selections!

I like number 2, the single size bezel. I think it would be gorgeous and I don’t think rings have to sit flush.  I am not a fan of wraps at all. Plus, you can’t wear them on their own.

I really like #6 (and I wouldn’t really call it simple! It looks beautifully intricate yet dainty). Where is it from?

I love option 6.  My engagement ring was also a little difficult to find a band that went with it due to its engraved/high profile setting and I really hated the idea of a contoured band.  Instead I got a really small pave band and because it is so small it fit nicely against the e-ring.  Sure there is a small gap but honestly I like it.  I would try this route. They may not match, but they will go together.
