Just for fun. I think mine may have bought me a new razor. Silly and cheap, but actually pretty sweet. I have only used his for quite some time now (which he HATES), but he moved out a couple weeks ago because he started a new job and the commute was too far from here. I have to wait til I’m done school in April before I can join him.
So, gross as it may be, I haven’t shaved in 2 weeks bc I don’t have his razor and rather than buy one, thought I’d just have him bring his when he comes on friday. I asked him tonight if he could bring it and he said something elusive to the fact that I wouldn’t need his.
I asked if he bought me my own razor (mens are vastly superior to ladies’ razors!) and he was all cute like “I dunno….. you’ll have to wait and see”… hahaha
Such a cheap little random thing, but cute and sweet that he would do that rather than just tell me to go out and get my own haha

@MrsPhilly: I love the cute and little things.
I’m super stressed lately with Master’s classes, wedding planning and work. My Fiance will do little things like light a couple candles around the tub, put my towel and house coat by the tub and run me a nice bath.
He also likes to pick me up fancy coffees as a surprise when I’m writing papers or studying.
Or when my feet are cold, he’ll find my slippers and put them on.
Love him 🙂

I’m taking classes as well, on top of planning our wedding and trying to live life at the same time. My SO surprised me with a new tote bag, one that I’ve been eyeing for a while, he just popped up with it!!! I love me some him!!!!

I was complaining of a sore back due to having heavy lifting tasks at work one day, and the next day I get an email from a nearby Day Spa letting me know that my SO had bought me a ‘One Hour Deluxe Pamper Package’. Completely out of the blue, and he lives on the other side of the world so had to research on TripAdvisor the best local Day Spa in my area 🙂 What a sweetheart! He is definitely a keeper 😉

@MrsPhilly: I was sick all last weekend with the flu and my husband took such good care of me. He ran out and got me wonton soup when that was all I could stomach. He took care of our 11 month old baby and cleaned the house, did the laundry, did the dishes, cooked and got groceries. But the sweetest thing ever, was he went out and bought me the hair straigtener I’ve wanted for a while because he felt bad that I was so sick!

- Wedding: April 2013 - A court...
I was sick yesterday, so he cleaned up a bit. When I protested telling him I’d do it tomorrow he said “no, no! I got it. You’re sick let me take care of you and nurse you back to health” lol he can be so sweet at times 🙂

@MrsPhilly: Darling Husband made eggplant lasagna for me last night, and it was a welcome surprise since I didn’t get home until 7:00. He also packed my lunch for me this morning, and last week there was a cupcake sitting on my desk when I got in to the office that morning for no reason! I love little surprises… even more than big ones!

Over the holidays I jokingly told Fiance that he should buy me some new panties. He claimed he had no idea he was supposed/allowed to buy them for me, but quickly got VERY excited about it. And no, I’m not talking about lingerie, I mean actual panties for everyday use, granny panties for all I care. Fast forward to this past weekend when I came home (he came back a week earlier from visiting family), I go to unpack and in my top drawer there are 10 new pairs lined up all nice and pretty. He was so proud of himself, it was hilariously adorable.

Darling Husband bought me a Roomba for Christmas! I had been longing for one because we have a shedding dog, but I could not shell out the $ for it. So even though it’s our $, he bit teh bullet and bought it where as I couldn’t and I would just whine about forever!

I started back to work after being a Stay-At-Home Mom for years, and lately he’s been buying me a tea for when he picks me up. After a long day on my feet (retail in a working warehouse–lumber, tools, paint, etc.) it really means a lot to me… the relaxing tea is just what I need. Same can be said for munchies while watching TV together before bed–the other night he gave me a choice between chip flavors, but knowing I’m picky, he came home with 3 different (non-chip) things for me.
Not to mention he’s taking me (and DD!) to London at the end of next month… and I’m pretty sure (99.5%) that he’s planning a sneaky trip to Paris, as well, even though he’s been telling me he’s not sure we can afford it.

He bought the lamp set that I have been meaning to buy…nice to come home to them set up (the exact way I had imagined too!)
