Everyone gets excited about their dress, venue , all the major things, and of course getting to marry the love of your life! But what little details are you excited about?
I for one absolutely love our first dance song, the personal cards I am making my parents and the card I got my Fiance for the morning of the wedding…
I mean how adorable is this?

@Meggiemo: I’m excited about my new signature. *secret shame* Yes, I pratice it already.
Being called his wife instead of his girlfriend. Yeah, he never says fiance (I don’t know why it pisses me off I never use it either, the word is weird!), always girlfriend and it makes me feel like I just took a step back. I guess it’s because in his culture a girlfriend is really nothing. You can meet a girl today and ask her to be your girlfriend tomorrow. Then a month from now you can start all over with a new girl. To be a girlfriend to him is really nothing big. Being a wife is a big deal.
I’m excited about just the prospect of him saying “I do”. When I met this man he was not only NOT thinking of marriage, he wasn’t even thinking about getting into a relationship. His life plan did not involve staying here where we live and settling down. I don’t think he even saw himself married in the next ten years. He was happy working all the time, then FB/Messenger/video chatting with 50 different girls and thinking of moving to another state, new scenery. So for him to say “I do” and stay here with me is a big deal.
Also excited to see the man dressed in something other than jeans and a t-shirt!

I’m really excited about DIY-ing our flowers and decorations and sooo excited about the cake! lol I’m like a little kid, I love cake.
Oh, and I’m excited about him referring to me as his wife for real. He already jokingly refers to me as his wife sometimes and I love it! 🙂 His friend told me when they’re out having beers with the guys and I call, he’ll go “sorry, guys, I have to take this, it’s THE WIFE” – they all tease him because he’s the only one in the group who’s not married yet 🙂

For the wedding, I’m excited to see everything come together on the day – the food, lemonade stands, flowers, lanterns, in the middle of the beautiful french countryside…. We just need to start organising!
For the marriage, I’m excited to live in our own little apartment – just the two of us! We’ve only ever lived together with friends, never on our own 😀

@Meggiemo: The thing I’m most excited for about my wedding day is when I first see Fiance when I’m about to walk down the aisle. Almost makes me tear up just thinking about it :’) I’m also excited for my new signature and for being called his wife.
