@SharlaK:  This is going to sound crazy, but exercise. I am a couch potato, have decided to get moving the last couple of weeks. I get up at 6.30 and go for a walk/run, and have plenty of time when I get back to shower, get ready and eat breakfast. In the past, I didn’t eat breakfast. While getting up early hurts, it’s nice to be out early. It makes me feel like there’s so many more hours in the day not absorbed by work. And I find it’s really helping my mental alertness and motivation at work. So I can achieve more and feel better because I haven’t rolled out of bed and turned up to work!

@Deejayelle:  Absolutely, exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve your lifestyle and increase your motivation! Get up and get moving :)))

@SharlaK:  absolutely! I feel more mentally alert, happier, and feel like I can achieve so much more! and I feel heaps more confident too – regardless of whether or not I can see physical changes.
