I’m getting married in a week and need music help!!!
We are having a fairly traditional Jewish wedding, using Erev Shel Shoshanim for the processional and Siman tov umazel tov for the recessional. I don’t know if I want to walk down the aisle to another piece of Jewish music or to something more modern, or even classical (pachelbel canon?).
I am NOT using here comes the bride for various reasons.
What are YOU walking down the aisle to? Suggestions? Thanks!

I used the piano piece to “The Luckiest” by Ben Folds. It sounded very classy and beautiful, yet it is still a contemporary song.
People said it was perfect 🙂

We are having a kind of sort of traditional Jewish wedding – however – we have chosen zero tunes on the traditional front – – I will be walking down too as well as it will play through all of our circling until we walk under the Chuppah – – Damian Rice’s, Blowers Daughter.
What are you looking to walking down to? Green Wedding Shoes has fantastic love playlists that she posts every Friday. If you wanted some ideas of amazing love music, haahaahaa
PS – – here is a link to her 3 past music play lists

For prelude music we’re playing a Lorie Line CD, and the processional for the wedding party is Canon in D. My bridal march is River Flows in You, and my little brother will be performing it on piano. Our recessional is Come Fly With Me by michael buble 🙂

I want to walk down the isle to the theme music from the Kissing Town scenes from “The 10th Kingdom” (Weird I know, but I’ve loved it since I heard it). Our sand ceremony is “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz. Recessional….no idea. I’m leaning towards The Final Countdown on piano, but I may use that one for the reception entrance.

Im walking down the isle to a piece of classical music – Pachelbel’s Canon in D. Liked it from the film Father of the Bride when Annie walks down the aisle.
