I am continuing in my journey to become more fit and I am forever on the lookout for music to give me that little extra push when I just want to curl up in a corner and whimper.
Cockiness (Love it) – Rhianna. This is my favorite pre-workout jam. I love the bass, it really gets me going.
A Mili – Jay-Z and Lil Wayne. I use this one when I am going to do some heavy lifting. I normally can’t stand Lil Wayne, but this one gets that weight up off the floor every time…it makes me feel badass LOL.
