I find with the internet, cell phones, tv shows… the world has become quite inpersonal.
Have you made anyones day lately ? Someone that wasn’t a part of your inner circle ?
Someone that you never met before? What was it ?
Let me start:
My Maid/Matron of Honor was able to get me some tickets to a Bridal Show this past weekend. I had a group of girls that wanted to come. Some however warent ready on time… I gues they feeled like they had to attend maybe, I have told them not to worry about it, there was no pint to travel far for 3 hour show and that we will plan another get together.
I had 3 extra tickets therefore I found a group of 3 women that were going to the show and gave the tickets without asking any money. They were thrilled and told me that they will definitelly pay this good deed forward. It felt amazing making someones day great 🙂

I absolutely HATE cooking! But my husband started a new job and it’s just over an hour commute, and he doesn’t get in until about 6:10 or so…
So for the past 2 weeks, he’s walked into a cooked meal!! And the best part is that he actually said he loves my cooking. I do believe him too.
He’s usually the one who cooks, but until he gets the hang of his new schedule, I can’t make him come home and do that.

I helped a woman load her groceries the other week. On Monday I helped a woman with her SEVEN starbucks drinks in the parking lot (she was obviously doing an office run and looked so miserable).
I am nice to children all day long, too, does that count?

My husband and I always give our leftovers to the homeless men that hang out downtown. The last time we did the guy started crying because he was so hungry. I usually only take a couple bites of my food and then i’m full so there is usually always an entire meal left over.

Everyone’s deeds are sweet and heart-warming indeed!
I made a wholesome, hearty soup from scratch and thought I’ll invite my new neighbor to come over for lunch. Turns out that she usually skip her lunch as her medication caused her to lose her appetite so it was really nice to see her devour the soup and asked for a second helping.

Oh i’ll play!
I bought a random elderly patient a soft toy as she couldn’t stop picking at her blankets and lips & was making her lips and fingers very sore. last time i saw her she was sitting and patting it and her lips and fingers were healing.
And I massaged and stroked FIs back for over an hour when he was playing video games Last night. Although he did clean the entire house and make dinner and rock out with the kids all day when I was at work so it was the least I could do for him!
Even tho i was shattered after work I set up a target in the hallway and shot stick on bow and arrows with SD for ages and she thought it was fabulous.
I try to be really nice and super gentle with every patient even if they are mean Or grumpy! (Unfortunately a lot are, being sick and in pain blows 🙁 )
I like being nice to people. Also I feel guilty for years of being an obnoxious teenager!

I gave a woman my shopping cart when she asked if I had change for a toonie (2 dollar coin)… because it takes a loonie.. It may only be a loonie but there are a lot of people who wouldnt give that loonie up lol
Also, last month I was having lunch at the mall with my Fiance and it was busy like always and I had seen a family of 3, maybe a mom and aunt and a daughter with a baby and it looked like they were standing around and waiting to find a seat to sit. When I was sure thats what they were doing I got up, told my Fiance to say there for a minute and went over and asked them if they were looking for a seat to sit and told them me and my Fiance were about to leave so they could follow me back to our spot and snag it lol:)
