What no-no foods did you continue eating while pregnant?

Minoux21 :  Oof, looks like morning sickness is ramping up! yeah I didn’t drink coffee in the first trimester – not because I thought it was bad for the baby (I believe it’s fine to have 200 mg per day) but because I was barfing my guts out and couldn’t tolerate it. Fortunately around 12 weeks or so that started to ease up and coffee came back into my life…which was a beautiful thing!

I am 16 weeks with twins and still enjoy a glass of wine with dinner at least weekly and likely will throughout the pregnancy. My OB is cool with it, but it does feel a little rebellious which kind of adds to the thrill haha.

As far as foods, I don’t like soft cheeses or seafood to begin with so it’s a nonissue.

Luckily for me im super picky so I didnt eat most of the NoNo foods anyways. I did eat newly sliced deli meat from my grocery store and soda

I drink coffee every day, but staying under the 200mg limit. I eat fresh salads even though lots of people told me it’s not safe unless I wash it with vinegar and lemon… I eat forbidden dressings and cheeses as long as they are from grocery store and say “pasturized” on them. I hate meat right now because I’m having food aversions, but once I’m ready to eat meat I will eat deli meats and sausages after I re-heat them in microwave.
