we are just starting to get our rsvps now, but i will keep you posted! we want 120, but 176 are invited. PS HUGEEE billy joel fan.
98% ish. We had two no’s out of what turned out to be 136. We kind of knew that going in… about 30% of our guest list was traveling cross country one way or another and made travel plans before hand. We also only invited people we were really close with.
@MyFavouriteChords: you are scaring the sh*t out of me right now!
48/120 but that was to be expected with a destination wedding! were were shocked at the 48!
I’m scared too. My mom is not being realistic about RSVP % and thinks like 25% will say NO. SERIOUSLY MOM!
I do think 20% is a good number to bank on. We have a family that is very used to travelling for special events as every uncle/aunt lives in a different state…we have lots of out-of-state friends who we can see coming to the wedding and visiting their friends/family who all are rooted here, and we can easily see them not coming as well…hoping for no more than 150 out of the 184-188 we are inviting!
so far 80 yes’s and 15 no’s guest list is max 220 for space… we shall see when we get closer to the date
So far we have 64 RSVP back and they are all YES! We have invited 138 total so we’ll see. People have told me the NO come more towards the end.
We invited 125 and 32 declined. They were all from his side, though, so I don’t know if that skews the numbers somehow, hahaha. It’s something like 25% saying no.
We had only 6 no’s! We actually thought about 85 to 100 would say yes, but 116 ended up saying yes!! My heart skipped a beat everytime I saw my per person dollar amount go up!
