Canada is more than 3000 miles in width. Can you be a bit more specific about where you live or hope to honeymoon?

@fuzzipeach:  I would suggest setting your budget and then asking a travel agent what they would suggest (in country… unless you want to track down bio father and have legal proceedings done by August!)

I absolutely love the Kootenays up around Castlegar and Nelson. I understand there are hot springs in that area.  A cabin by Arrow Lake would be wonderful.

There’s also Niagra Falls, and Prince Edward Island.  Lake Oosoyos is really cool too.

Victoria is quite lovely and there are some fantastic bed and breakfasts near the beach there, a long boardwalk.  Whistler for the winter.

That’s what comes to mind when I think about Canadian honeymoon places.

I went on a pretty romantic trip to Niagara.  There are plenty of places to stay right in view of the Falls, and kids might enjoy eating at the rotating restaurant.  The food at the casino was fantastic as well, and your older kid might enjoy the arcades or the Ripley’s museum.
