i think this is how it goes (at least for my wedding):

-grandparents of the groom

-grandparents of the bride

-parents of the groom

-mother of the bride

-groomsmen & bridesmaids (if they’re walking together. we’re having all the groomsmen standing at the altar, so the girls will be walking alone)

-junior bridesmaids

-maid of honor (alone. best man is usually up front w/ the groom)

-ring bearer and flower girl

-bride

it also depends what kind of ceremony you’re having (we’re getting married in a catholic church). i think this is more or less how it goes, but i’ve been to weddings where the ring bearers walked out first or where the maid of honor and best man walked out first, so…

So according to the link, the groom’s parents, MOB and grandparents will be seated by an usher (or groomsman) before the ceremony.  The officiant, groom, and best man will enter from the side and wait at the front during the processional.  Then, it looks to me like you could do the following order:

junior bridesmaids (together)
Groomsman #6 + bridesmaid #6
Groomsmen5 + Bridesmaid or Best Man5
Groomsmen4 + Bridesmaid or Best Man4
Groomsmen3 + Bridesmaid or Best Man3
Groomsmen2 + Bridesmaid or Best Man2
Groomsmen1 + Bridesmaid or Best Man1
ring bearer + flower girl
Maid/Matron of Honor
Bride + FOB
