MemberOur wedding planner told us to expect about 80% of our guest list to attend…but from speaking to a lot of family members we thought would definitely not attend we are thinking we might have way more than that! What percentage of your guest list ended up attending?

Membercharlieb15: We had 94/135 come. However – those people who rsvp’d no were all business/friends of my dads that I don’t know very well and their spouses. We had 0 friends/family of our own respond no! I think it really depends on your guest list – do you have people you have to invite (like I did w/my dads business associates) or are they all local friends/family that you know will definitely come?

MemberOut of 100 people invited, 70 RSVPD yes and out of them 64 showed up!
Member140 invited, 81 attended, only 1 no show. A lot of those who RSVP’d no were out of town.
MemberWe invited 130. 110 rsvp’d yes, the 20 that said no were out of the country family members on my Darling Husband side. His parents wanted to send them invites. Apparently it is something they do in his family. Out of the 110 who said yes – 4 were no shows. 2 had unexpected medical procedures the week of the wedding and the other was a friend and her plus 1. She never personally told me why she didn’t show but according to facebook she went out drinking the night before and had a hangover the day of the wedding.
Membercharlieb15: 167 out of 220 came – i was actually reallly| thrilled about the outcome bc the dollar amount per person really added up quickly. We realized after the fact that we over invited, so we were hoping for a lot less. Lol
MemberOut of 111, we had 88 RSVP yes, then 3 of those were no shows
MemberExactly 80% of my guest list is coming….and we had a good portion of out of town guests since my Fiance is from out of state originally. Im guessing it depends on the particular wedding though.
MemberAll but 6 people ended up attending. We had 123 guests total.
