Zinc and prenatals (not for pregnancy purposes). Also birth control. I don’t take anything else regularly.

I never, ever, ever get sick if I’m taking zinc. I can sleep in bed, eat off the same fork, drink out of the same glass, etc of my Fiance even if he has the flu and I don’t get sick as long as I’ve been taking it daily. I went 3 years without even getting a small cold because I took 1 zinc pill every day. Well I ran out and kept forgetting to buy more and a month later I caught a cold that a friend had. I swear by it.

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat:  I take three pills every day: my birth control pill, a probiotic, and a multivitamin. That’s it.

None regularly. I take a drugstore sleep aid sometimes, or whatever headache pills we have if I need to.

@trueblue14:  How do you take so many vitamins without feeling nauceous? I really want to take some supplements separately, rather than a multivitamin, since it is supposedly much better absorbed, but I get so nauceous if I take a lot of vitamins. Even if I eat first it doesn’t help that much. The last time I took 4 vitamins at once (after a meal) I ended up throwing up so I gave up on the idea 🙁

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat:  Yes. It is the most bio-available of all the calcium supplements.

I take my birth control pill, calcium, vitamin C, and a prenatal vitamin. (We’re going to TTC next year, so I went ahead and am getting in the habit of taking a prenatal.)

I take my BC and my antidepressant daily at bed time. I’ve also been popping Zyrtec and Benedryl like candy for the last few weeks, yay seasonal allergies. When I get achy or feel a migraine coming on I take ibuprofen, but I’ve really cut down on it since starting my antidepressant because the two don’t mix well. Once in a great while I’ll steal some of FI’s daily vitamin that helps keep his mood in check because it helps my migraines. I’ll never take fish oil despite it’s health benefits because I’m allergic to it :/

2 Ibuprofen once a month (yup, you guessed it).  Aaaaaand…that’s it. I’m sure as the years go by i might need some supplements, but as of now I’m not complaining .
