I voted other and take 2 regularly: Allergy meds (type and how often depends on the season) and an asthma medication (daily). If I were traveling I would pack extra medication such as tylenol but would only take it if I need it.

Iron Pills for Anemia
Sometimes a multivitamin…sometimes 🙂

These replies are so interesting! I load up my weekly pill case to make sure I take everything. I may look into the fish I oil, calcium, and some of the gummy options!

I take my birth control, a multivitamin, and calcium+D in the morning. I take iron on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after the calcium (have to keep those two apart) and fish oil at night.
Most multivitamins don’t have much calcium, everyone should be taking a vitamin D supplement (if you don’t you’re almost definitely deficient). I take iron because I’m anemic and the fish oil and multivitamins are a cheap insurance policy. I eat very well but I’m not perfect!

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat: The only pills I take regularly are my birth control pills, Cerazette. Otherwise, I take things as and when I need them eg if I’m in pain, I’ll take ibuprofen and paracetamol, if I have a cold I’ll take cold and flu remedies, etc. I don’t take any supplements or herbal remedies either.

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat: depends on your definition of ‘regularly’.
i take birth control every day, and Allegra or Zyrtec in the evenings (whichever was on sale). i’ll take ibuprofen if i get a headache or toothache (i have sensitive teeth), but i really only take ibuprofen once or twice a week.

I take my birth control pill daily.
Advil for minor aches/pains.
Zantac for heartburn occasionally (mostly when on holiday or if I know I’m going to eat something particularly acidic).
In the winter I take vitamin D daily. I have to.. I live in snowy Canada and without it I wouldn’t get enough D for half the year… I don’t eat enough dairy etc.
Calcium gummies daily because I don’t eat enough dairy (lactose issues).
I used to take more, but I stopped… the average person in a developed country doesn’t need a multi-vitamin or anything like that because they get enough from their diet. I used to take fish oil/flax oil pills, but now they’re saying that they are harmful. I feel you can’t win, so I try to eat a variety of healthy foods on a regular basis, and stick with the pills I need (like calcium).
ETA: Reactine I take fairly regularly for my allergies – forgot about that one! And cranberry pills occasionally since I used to be prone to UTIs.

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat: I take my birth control, multi-vitamin, biotin (for hair, skin & nails) B12, and sometimes folic acid when I feel like opening the bottle lol.
If you are TTC ask your Ob/Gyn about taking a folic acid supplement. I know some provider suggest you take this.
