@Twyla_Smith:  it could be sinus problems or allergies as well.

Multivitamin, generic effexor (though am waaay down on dose woo hoo!), fish oil, iron (used to be always alightly anemic for no discernible reason plus might help with restless legs), vitamin D on alternate days as a boost (read that it helps with fertility plus for bone health), probiotics (for digestive and vaginal health), and vitex (again for fertility health).

As needed, I will take magnesium malate to help ease the withdrawal symptoms from dosing down my effexor, potassium if my legs start feeling restless before bed, acetaminophen-based meds for aches/pains, and sleepy-time herbs for my bouts of insomnia.

Rivotril, I wouldn’t say regular because my anxiety doesn’t follow any schedule, but sometimes it can be 3 times a week, sometimes none.

I take cipramil daily to help control my anxiety. Depending on the season I need to take antihistamine.

@adoc86:  Have you tried taking the supplements AFTER eating something? That usually helps.

@MrsLongcoatPeacoat:  I don’t take any! I’m contemplating taking vitamins for nutrients, though.

EDIT: Oh, I lied! I have taken 3x allegy medicine every single day of my life! Its just SUCH a part of my daily routine that I forgot that I even do it. hahah

I’ve been trying to take a multivitamin everyday… though I just threw out a fairly full bottle of multivitamins since they expired in 2011. We’ll see how long I can keep it up for this time!

I also take 4 massive fish oil pills a day for dry eyes… these are sometimes hard to get down.

And of course advil for headaches and other ailments.
