i just take folic acid. For a while I was taking prenatals but i’ve never liked any prenatal or multi-vitamin because they make me nauseaus. After 8 months or so of TTC i decided screw it and switched to something I didn’t conveniently “forget” many mornings. I eat lots of veggies and take a calcium pill (since I dislike dairy) so it’ll have to be good enough.

I started off taking Rainbow Light but I don’t like the source of Vitamin A. Now I take New Chapter. 3x a day is hard to rememer but I don’t feel sick when I take them, they’re vegan, and they have all the extra vitamins I need for my diet.

Since we are all on the topic…are any of you on a special diet? I read that eating sweet potatoes and lots of dark green leafy veggies are supposed to help.

I take GNC prenatal gummies… they’re inexpesive, plus they taste pretty good and I remember to take them because I always want something sweet after dinner. They have omega 3 and DHA, so they’re more complete than others I’ve seen, but I’m only TTC– I may have to supplement or switch when I become pregnant

secretlifeofbees : I will die before I eat sweet potatoes!!
Lol but seriously…I probably should eat healthier. For awhile there I was trying to eat more leafy greens, but I keep falling off the wagon. I just kind of hope the prenatal is giving me what I need.
