I just had my ring appraised and asked the appraiser about engagement ring trends.  He says pear cuts are huge right now.  Also, he said about 3 out of 4 engagement rings have halos.  He said rose gold is also making a comeback but not as much as the media is making it out to be.

I think these statistics are only accurate if you are asking jewellery stores….all the rest of these cmments are purely based on personal preferences

The color of gold?? you will need to wear what suits youl yellow gold looks awful on my skin so i would never wear it regardless of what is trending, I also love large blingy halos of all shapes and sizes so petite solitaires will never catch my eye, Princess cut diamonds are also my absolute fave

Every one is different and it is so much better to stay true to yourself and not try to be in with the crowd…..whats trending now will change eventually so stick with individuality i say
