Buttercup014:  It’s hard to explain!  It is savory….salty….with a hint of vinegary flavor from the bruscchetta sauce.  It is weird but delicious!

You could make a tossed salad, mozerella sticks, buffalo chicken dip, crockpot dip or macaroni and cheese, deviled eggs, mini tarts or quiches, smoked salmon with cream cheese or brie on crackers, spring rolls or lettuce wraps, tea or cucumber sandwiches

I make this baked brie all the time and it’s a big hit (plus it looks fancy and it’s SUPER easy) – http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/brie-en-croute-2-recipe.html.  I usually omit the nuts to make it easier and you can use any kind of jam – I like apple or cranberry for the fall.  I also second PPs’ suggestions of some kind of dessert – cookies or brownies and fruit- and you should be good to go.  Enjoy your party!

Mini Tacos!  I make these several times a year and they are super easy!  I get a bag or two of the scoup tortilla chips.  Cook taco meat, and mix in (to taste really) refried beans.  Scoup the meat into the chips, set on a cookie sheet (I suggest lining it with foil) then sprinkle schreded cheddar cheese on top, bake in the oven at 350 until the cheese is melted and maybe a little brown.  Then top with veg. black olives, tomatoes, onions.  I usually keep this stuff on the side along with a bowl of salsa, and Taco sauce, so guests can top as they desire.

I seriously LOVE these!
