My choices are Filet mignon, shrimp and grits, and chicken marsala.

Are the prices the same for all of the entrees, or are some higher than others?  If there are varied prices, what I’d do is figure out how much you want to spend per head and find combinations that would meet that goal.  If money is not an issue here, I’d personally try the NY strip, salmon, and chicken marsala – all three would be very agreeable options and would give enough variety for guests.

I’d do pork loin, one of the chickens, and the prime rib.  My people aren’t big seafood people, and I think seafood can be trickier to prepare well and consistently in large quantities.

At my venue you get 3 entrees with the regular tasting, but you can pay extra for additional ones, or have another tasting at a different time and do 3 entrees then.  If you want to try more, you might check into that sort of thing.

Can you change the poll to allow for multiple choices?

Otherwise, I choose filet mignon, chicken marsala, and salmon because the first 2 are exactly what I’m having at my wedding and I love salmon (not doing it because I know a lot of people don’t like it)

I’d choose one chicken and one vegetarian dish at the minimum. If you’re willing to spend more you can add a seafood dish and/or a beef or pork dish. We did chicken piccatta and a teriyaki vegetarian dish and everyone was happy Laughing

@jesssamesssa:  That’s strange. What do they do for vegetarians then? Do they just serve them side dishes?

If you want to do beef, the filet mignon looks best to me. I also would go with salmon since you should serve fish and I think salmon is the most universal. I would say chicken provencal, but since I already chose salmon in that style, I choose the chicken marsala or piccata, whatever you like better.
