So I have 2 sisters and a brother. My SO has a twin sister and a younger sister and a best friend who will be best man.
We are talking about options because he asked me if he should ask my brother to stand up w him. I said idk as then it will be my two sisters, me, him, his best man, them my brother with both his siblings not up there. Which I think would be a little odd as the wedding will be only 50 people and almost all family.
The biggest thing is he isn’t that close to his sisters, his twin and him went to different schools from middle school on and the younger one is 10 yr younger then him. I’ve only met the twin once for less then 8 hours and the younget one twice. So Im not close either.
So 1 option is my two sisters and asking his two sisters to stand with me with my brother the BF next to my SO
2) my two sisters me him and just his BF leaving out my brother and his sisters
3) my two sisters and brother next to me and his BF and two sisters next to him
4) one of my sisters and just his best man
im leaning towords 2 as that was what I originally thought, while. I like the idea of even sides I don’t really think I like the mix sex look. And our space is kinda small so I feel all 8 of us will look funny.
