As someone who is not a fan of “last chance to run” type signs, I prefer the former. I haven’t seen that one, it’s cute!

Option 1.. option 2 is super overdone.

I would do sign (a). The “last chance to run!” and “hey Uncle SoandSo, here comes your girl!” signs always seem kind of…contrived to me.

Are the “ringbearers” actually carrying the rings, or is this a way to incorporate the boys into the ceremony?

I’ve seen two different ones that I thought were adorable – one was a little boy walking up the aisle with a sign ” (groom’s name) , just wait til you see her!”  that got a lot of chuckles, and I’ve also seen one where the bride’s nephew held a sign that read ” Uncle________, here comes your bride”.  They were both so cute!

Option 1. In addition to being overdone, the “this is your last chance to run” option makes a mockery out of your committment. I know it’s supposed to be a joke, but joking about the groom not wanting to get married doesn’t seem appropriate for a ceremony, IMO.

I’ve seen one that says, “[uncle ____], here comes your bride!”  It was adorable…but not “funny”

@classic_girl:  I’m gonna go against the crowd and vote for #2. I’ve never actually seen it at a wedding (only on pinterest)  and I love it. LOL

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of these signs that I thought was cute, clever or witty.
