They say you should consult a Physician before starting an excercise regime……..I don’t like going to the Dr. So I guess I can’t get started

Almost none. I HATE missing my exercise session – I feel so guilty. I resent missing exercise on holidays! Make exercise a habit, have a wide variety of activities to choose from. When I feel energetic, I do kettlebells (burns 20 calories per minute!). Not so energetic? pilates. Somewhere in-between, a stability ball workout or workout on the Bowflex.

My new excuse of the day is that i am SO SORE from yesterday 🙂

I’ll still work out, but it’s gonna suck and I’ll probably complain the whole time haha.

” Its to late now..”

” Im hungry” * Then I eat, then ” Im to full, I should wait 2 hrs to let the food digest a little.” 2 Hrs pass..” Yea its to late now. Ill do it tomorow” Hahaha


” Ill work out after I watch * so and so * show” Then of course ” ahh its to late now ” Haha, its always too late for me. I think its cuz I always procstranate it for the last thing I do throughout the day.

I’m pregnant, it’s late, it’s early, I just took a shower, I need to take a shower, Fiance is home, I don’t have any workout clothes…lol.

I’m tired, I have a headache, I’ll do it later… meanwhile my treadmill that I was so dedicated to over the summer has a pile of crap on it, and the exercise bike is wedged too close to the wall (so I can’t fit my leg in to pedal) Oh and my one last silly excuse, I’ll eat better tomorrow (as though that will help with the lack of exercise!)

mine consists of “everyone thinks i LOOK great, what does it matter how I feel?” or “will I ever really need to run for my life?” (on excuses of why I avoid cardio)

it really doesn’t help when everyone tells you how often they want to look like you. great. I’ll trade you your 20 pounds but can run on the treadmill for 45 minutes, for my thinness and being winded when i get to the top of the stairs (or the bottom of them, really doesn’t matter).
