We are SO Monica and Chandler from Friends!  I’m Monica with my obssessive need to organize, and he’s definitely Chandler with his dumb jokes!! 😛  When it comes to our relationship, it’s like that one episode where Phoebe and Rachel find Monica’s “soul mate” (the cheese guy) and Chandler gets mad.  Monica says “I don’t believe in soul mates.  I believe that two people work really hard at a relationship and fall in love.  Some days, they work really hard…” 😛

Marshmellow and Lily Pad!! From HIMYM

I’m my DH’s only girlfriend and we’ve been together since college. In one of the recent episodes we discovered another similarity….we also make long term bets on our friends. LOL!

There isn’t one only for us.  It’s a combo of a few.  I would say we are mostly like Jim & Pam from The Office (they met at work and were great friends at first) with a mix of Lily & Marshall (for their sexuality and sappiness) on HIMYM and Reagan & Chris from Up All Night (she’s neurotic and he’s super laid back).  The common denominator for all of them is the strong bond/relationship and sense of humor.  Also, the interactions between all 3 couples is very similar, which is pretty much how Fiance and I interact all the time.

ETA: One more couple…a tiny bit of Sheldon and Amy from Big Bang Theory.  One because the two of us are socially awkward AND because Fiance is a geek.
