At your reception? I’m a little torn on this one. I want something fun and upbeat, but nothing seems to be coming to mind!
My FH and I are walking in to our reception to “I Gotta Feeling” by Black Eyed Peas.

Mine is a bit retro but we chose “We are Family” by the Pointer Sisters because our entire party was only family members. It seemed fitting.

We’re all walking in to “New York, New York.” It’s so long that we don’t need to do separate songs!

my Fiance wants to use the clip from those “jock rock” CD’s that has the dude yelling “let’s get rrrrrrready to rrrrrrrumble!” followed by the jazzy cheesy pump-up music.
hahaha. not kidding!

We used different snippets of songs (10-15 seconds each) for each member of the wedding party – that way we got to pick songs that fit each person. It was definitely a lot more work that way though!

@erisque, i like that idea though!

Great ideas, ladies!!! Thank you all so much for your help :] I really like @Erisque’s idea, but I have a feeling that would be a lot of work! Very creative!

Ahhh I don’t even know! I think we will just have one song for our bridal party (there are only two) and for us. The only music my fiance and I really have in common is country. He’s not into a lot of the new pop/rock. If it were up to him it would be some cheesy 80’s or early 90’s. If it were up to me it would be an oldie or a newer pop/rock song.

I was thinking Love and Happiness by Al Green

The Rocky Theme. Obviously 🙂

We are using Kiss by Prince. Don’t ask! 🙂

@erisque – thanks for getting that in my head
