What are some of you using as your song to be played during the removal of the garter? I dont want it to be too ronchy (our pastor and grandmothers will be present), but I dont want to leave it up to the DJ either. Any suggestions??

Darling Husband didn’t want “stripper music” so the DJ played Legs by ZZ Top

I have this vague idea that IF I do a garter removal/ toss I might have Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream playing during. It’s just so catchy and cute, and depending on what part you play, I don’t think it’s too much for the grandmothers to bear for a few seconds.

I wouldn’t do it now as I don’t like the custom, but my exhubby really wanted to and we played “getting to know you”

Lol – he didn’t know I picked it so when it started he stopped, looked around and laughed, 🙂

The mission impossible theme song and he’s going to pull out a pair of granny panties instead

I doubt anybody will even be able to tell you what song played so I really wouldn’t worry too much about what you choose, unless it’s REALLY offensive.
We had “Bad Boys” the theme from Cops, because Darling Husband wanted to fit it in somewhere.

I think it would be HYSTERICAL to use Business Time from The Flight of the Conchords.
We aren’t doing a garter toss, but how funny would that be?
I also like SexyBack by Justin Timberlake
Or Rihanna’s new song, Only Girl In the World.

How about Sugar Lumps from Flight of the Conchords, lol? Then you could put the garter on HIM and pull it off 🙂

i kinda like the idea of “pour some sugar on me” or “cherry pie”…something about classic rock is super sexy yet understated!
