@Mrs. Puffin: My parents make something very similar to this–we use PastaSides buttered noodles. And they are NOT broke-ass, so I don’t consider it broke-ass pasta casserole…it’s just really friggin yummy!
I grabbed your recipe for potato flake chicken–that looks amazing and I think it will be right up Mr. BrassBand’s alley. YUM.
As for us, we live and die by our George Foreman grills. Season the crap out of two chicken breasts, throw ’em in the Foreman, and voila! Deeelish.

@Ms. Polar Bear: So it turns out one of FI’s favorite meals is lasagna. His mom stopped making it years ago (for health reasons) and i recently wanted to try to make “lasagna roll-ups”. Basically it’s the noodles, with a ricotta/pesto/mushroom mix, rolled together, and then I top it with a mixture of spaghetti sauce and I mix in just a dab of pace picante to give it some flair. He eats that stuff like it’s going out of style, and it was the very first thing he ever asked me to make again. I think I’ll try making a reggae lasagna, but I’ll mix the pesto and mushrooms with the ricotta (as I don’t like the tast of ricotta by itself).
I find a lot of tasty recipes on Campbell’s website, and I tweak the ingredients based on personal taste. Best part its they are cheap, and really easy!
