I generally don’t take vitamins because I eat enough fruits and veggies that I get what I need through diet, but I take a bunch of other supplements for specific reasons.
every morning I take curcumin to help with joint pain and inflammation, Omega 3 for inflammation and brain function, and a probiotic to help with gut health. I have also just started making smoothies most mornings and I put a scoop of “super green” powder in it that’s got fermented ingredients as a prebiotic, also for gut health. I’ve had some major strugles with my gastrointestinal tract the last couple of years that I’m slowly sorting out and feeling much better.
On days that I have a soccer game I take a magnesium supplement as it helps reduce muscle cramps and aoreness. I’m also on a new medication that can sometimes deplete your magnesium so I figure taking one or two a week can’t hurt.

I’m taking collagen, magnesium, bilberry and astaxanthin for skin and biotin for hair. I tend to get eye twitches occasionally and I’ve found magnesium has helped immensely with that. For gut health, I take apple cider vinegar.

sboom : Folic acid because I told my doctor that my husband and I are considering TTC and she said that she recommends it to all of her patients who are TTC. So currently I am taking birth control pills with my folic acid lol. Because I am not quite ready yet but just in case… haha

Vitamin B12/C/D, calcium magnesium, iron a few times per week as I frequently donate blood, krill oil, and ginkgo biloba as we’re training to summit Mt St Helens again this year.

I take iron and vitamin C because I’m borderline anemic. I also take myo-inositol to help me ovulate on my own and bioidentical progesterone after ovulation to make my luteal phase long enough. I’m also on a prenatal since we use NFP just in case there’s an unplanned pregnancy. And vitamin D. Everything I take currently has been given to me by my doctor…but I’m thinking about adding fish oil and something to help my energy levels.

sboom : I take digestive enzymes, I have a really sensitive stomach and I am usually always messed up by anything I eat. If I’m stressed it gets worse (like lately with the wedding LOL). The enzymes just help my body digest a little better and makes the cramping and bloating less severe.

Right now I’m taking a prenatal vitamin + Omega-3 because we will start TTC in a few months.

Biotin for hair and nails; multivitamin with iron; citrus bioflavonoids for circulation; fish oil for cardiovascular; 7 keto dhea for energy; chromium picolinate (I’m insulin resistant); and I take C-4 pre-workout with branch chain aminos, and whey protein for post-workout. I take apple cider cinegar capsules for acid reflux.

I usually take a MegaFoods women’s multivitamin + an extra vitamin D supplement in the colder months because I live in the Northeast and I notice I feel a lot better in the winter and get sick less when I take D supplements. I take Omega3 + Dha when I remember, but not everyday. I also sometimes take Biosil – a skin/hair/nails/bones supplement – though this reminds me I need to reorder.

I take biotin and a womens multi vitamin both for my hair! Im trying to grow my hair out for the wedding.
I used to take sugar bear hair and actually took before and after photos and the results were amazing for me! I can send them to anyone if they like, just pm me! Theyre just so expensive so im trying to take these vitamins instead and ill see if they work.
I also take iron when i remember… im anemic

I take Iron (borderline anemic), Collagen (for my joints, but I am also reaping the hair, skin and nails benefits!), a pre-natal (both for hair, skin and nails, and because we are going to start trying after the wedding), L-Carnitine (helps with athletic performance, and actually helps keep my belly down) and a probiotic (I’m keto, so my guts need a little help with all the fat!)

I take a prenatal 3x a day, vitamin C, vitamin D, ubiquinol 3x a day, R-lipoic Acid, and vitamin E. I’ve been on the ttc train for almost 2.5 years, and I’m saving for IVF, now these vitamins were recommended in a book.

Prenatal vitamins and 5000iu of vitamin D3. I used to take probiotics regularly but now I try to get them via live/active cultures in different foods that I eat.

Estroblock and Liv D-tox for hormonal acne and liver health. Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium for stress and immune function. I also have spray magnesium that I use for period cramps and it works like a charm.
