I’m on a ton of supplements, but again, under the supervision of my naturopath. Just because they are ‘natural’ doesn’t mean they are harmless, so I would definitely recommend checking it out with a doctor before you start taking things.
– evening primrose oil, cod liver oil, pumpkin, flax, chia and sesame seeds, inositol, homeopathic drops, a prenatal vitamin, a B6 supplement, chromium, and vitamin D. I also have PCOS and fibromyalgia, so the list is pretty long.

@dodgercpkl: I eat paleo and try to live kind of “paleo” as well, meaning I try to avoid unnatural products in my day-to-day life (so skincare, cosmetics, shampoos etc.). I started reading a lot of paleo TTC info and that was when I learned about folate vs. folic acid. I think it was probably in this article that I first read about it.

- Evening Primrose (2xday CD1-O)
- Flax Seed Oil (2x day O-end of cycle)
- Vitamin D
- Royal Jelly (3xday)
- Guifenisin (2xday CD1-O)
I get everything (i mean everything) in a capsule form- including B6 (which in tablet form makes me gag) I find capsules and taking on a full stomach makes it all easier to stomach.

I take maca root before O because it definitely seems to get my drive going. We both take it, because, as you know, BD’ing day after day can get tiring! I dunno if it really works or I just think it works, either way whatever it takes to keep going.
I take royal jelly before O because it increases my CM like A LOT. It makes the changes in my CM sooo much more clear, I can REALLY see a difference in watery vs sticky vs eggwhite.
I feel like I get enough of the B vitamins with my prenatal, so I only take the B-complex on occasion just because. No real reason.
I take Bromelain immediately after O because other than implantation, I don’t need any other benefits it has to offer.
I also only drink green tea before ovulation. It, too, helps with CM. I don’t have low CM or anything, but I feel like the more the merrier. HAHAHA. How’s that for a visual? It is thought that the tannic acid in green tea inhibits implantation, so while I love green tea, I am just fearful that it will hurt implantation in some way, even though it’s probably a bunch of crap. Haha.
Like I said though, I think I take way too much and would like to decrease them with time.
