You only need hand weights  (I used 2 8lb ones) for 30 Day Shred. You might also want to add a mat or a towel if you’re doing it on a hard wood floor.

If you’re an out of shape weakling like me, the 3 lbs will be heavy enough!

I started out with 3lb weights, and have worked my way up to 5’s – I can’t imagine doing it with 8’s!
