I drank mint tea, English breakfast, and Trader Joe’s makes a “Harvest” tea that’s a spicy-cinnamon-type tea, kind of like chai (it’s a lot like “Good Earth” tea, if you’ve ever had that). Oh, and I love “Prince of Wales” tea, which is very delicate.

But I had no idea that tea was a problem, so you’ll have to check out the ingredients for yourself and see if they’re within your comfort zone.

Total novice here… I didn’t even think tea would be bad unless it was caffeinated!

I bought some Bigelow decaf earl grey tea. It says the only ingredients in it are decaf black tea and natural oil of bergamot.

Does anyone know if this is bad or not?

vintagelover:  Sorry, just saw your post now! I buy Twinnings brand from the grocery store. Nothing fancy.

I don’t believe all this rubbish, I just drink regular tea.

However if you can get your hands on loose leaf banana tea that stuff is amazing with a bit of honey in.
