I’ve been sticking to decaf black tea and chai lattes made with spiced rooibos. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and considered safe during pregnancy. I get mine here.

I drank peppermint tea during my first trimester like it was going out of style. Helped so much when I was feeling sick.

there’s loads of conflicting information on which teas you should and shouldn’t drink during pregnancy. I think the best advice I got (after drinking a bunch of different kinds of teas and then finding somewhere that said I shouldn’t drink each of them and then freaking out) is that any kind of tea in moderation is not going to cause harm.

Yeah there is a lot of conflicting info. I stick to black and green teas, and only drink herbal teas that are pregnancy-specific teas. My OB didn’t say anything about tea and I drink black tea all the time.
